- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales & Business Development function for the engineering division.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Drive growth through new account acquisition and expansion in existing accounts.
- Oversee major contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
- Manage and mentor the Sales & BD team to exceed revenue and profit targets.
