L&T Technology Services Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced HSE professional to monitor and enforce project safety policies across precast production and field operations.

You will conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, toolbox talks, and risk assessments, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with permit-to-work and energy isolation procedures. This role demands strong leadership in safety culture and excellent documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with HSE focus or equivalent.
• Experience in construction safety across precast/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of permit-to-work and energy isolation controls.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and enforce project HSE policies, procedures, and statutory requirements across all precast segment production activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety audits of fabrication, mould operations, curing, and storage areas.
• Oversee safe practices during steel fabrication, mould operations, concrete placement, steam curing, and demoulding activities.
• Monitor lifting operations with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment, ensuring compliance with lifting plans.
• Verify lifting equipment and operators are certified, inspected, and authorized.
• Ensure safe movement, storage, and transport of precast segments.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Yard teams to address safety concerns.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions; support investigations of incidents and near-misses.
