Job summary

Client of AIQU in the UAE seeks a Senior SAP S/4Hana Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4Hana implementations. The role requires 12-14 years of ERP project management, deep testing and data migration expertise, and strong leadership for business readiness, training, and handover.

You will govern SIT/UAT, data cleansing, mock migrations, and reconciliation while steering multi-cultural teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Business Admin.
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4Hana implementations.
• Proven expertise in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes.
• Strong skills in data cleansing, mock migrations, and reconciliation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior S4Hana Project Manager based in the UAE to lead end-to-end SAP S/4Hana implementation projects. The successful candidate will bring 12-14 years of experience managing large-scale ERP initiatives, deep technical expertise in testing and data migration, and strong leadership skills to drive business readiness, training, and operational handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4Hana implementation projects
• Proven expertise in governing SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes
• Strong technical skills in data cleansing, mock migrations, and reconciliation
• Experience developing and executing business readiness and training programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational handover and post-go-live support
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in PM tools and methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments in the UAE
