Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of construction management experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
• Prior experience managing projects valued at AED 350 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Act as the representative of Parsons with the Client during project execution.
• Oversee the establishment of the Construction Management Plan.
• Supervise Engineers on assigned projects for adherence to specifications.
• Devising plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Establish and enforce safety and emergency procedures.
• Supervise the development of monthly Parsons invoices and reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding their needs.
• Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure compliance.
• Oversee project closeout activities.
