Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (mandatory).
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Construction Management (preferred).
• PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan in accordance with ISO 31000/PMI-RMP.
• Establish risk governance structures, escalation protocols, and reporting hierarchies.
• Define risk appetite, tolerance thresholds, and response strategies with senior leadership.
• Align risk framework with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
• Conduct risk identification workshops with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Maintain a comprehensive Risk Register across design to handover phases.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis for schedule and cost.
• Develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans for high risks.
• Prepare and present Risk Status Reports to the Project Director and clients.
• Facilitate Risk Review Meetings and track KRIs.
