Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai seeks a hands-on risk professional to partner with senior leadership while maintaining independence. You will establish a consistent risk and control environment, improve visibility, and support growth through governance and mitigation.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 11–14 years of ERM, internal controls and/or internal audit experience is required, with prior governance and reporting to CFOs, CXOs, and boards preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ERM frameworks.
• Ability to present risk matters to senior leadership and boards.
• Strong understanding of KRIs, control testing, and control ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the organisation's ERM framework aligned to strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments across multiple risk domains.
• Maintain the Group Risk Register, KRIs, and escalation protocols.
• Own the internal controls framework and monitoring across processes.
• Coordinate risk-based internal audit activities and close observations.
