Job summary

A leading global sportswear company located in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting top retail talent. The successful candidate will manage relationships with hiring managers and HR, deliver a consistent pipeline of candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, particularly in the retail sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment in the UAE market.
  • Retail recruitment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for retail roles.
  • Establish trusted relationships with HR and hiring managers.

  • Build and sustain talent pools for critical roles.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver KPI reports.
  • Coordinate interviews and administrative processes efficiently.
