Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of overall work experience in construction supervision.
• Substantial work experience of community development projects, preferably in Dubai.
• Knowledge of NOC Procedures and Government Authority specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of engineering work, schedules, and change management.
• Coordinate with Authorities and Agencies for approvals.
• Review work produced to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage client expectations and update progress periodically.
