Job summary

A luxury hotel group in Dubai is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations department and ensure operational effectiveness. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel reservations with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hotel reservations operations with a luxury background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective operation of the Reservations department in meeting hotel goals.
• Train team members on reservations operations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist Revenue Management with inventory management.
• Drive maximum revenues of Anantara rate/package products.
• Maintain close working relationships with the Groups Sales Department.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in Opera / Opera Cloud

Strong knowledge of PMS

Strong knowledge of channel distribution

Strong knowledge of rate structures

Education

Relevant hospitality certifications or reservations/revenue-related training
