Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based, holistic care to patients across outpatient services.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Act as a clinical resource and role model for junior staff.
  • Support staff development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Handle patient and family concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure adherence to DHA guidelines and hospital policies.
  • Participate in audits, policy development, and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master’s or postgraduate study advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospital or similar setting.
  • Proven team leader or supervisory experience is highly advantageous, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support junior team members, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
  • Awareness and understanding of King’s College Hospital (KCH) policies and initiatives.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital documentation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders.
