Job summary

Orbit International Survey Services LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and unify operations across UAE and India. The role requires driving operational excellence, quality systems, client relationships, and business growth while representing the company to clients.

The ideal candidate has 15–25+ years in operations/QHSE leadership, experience across UAE and India, Lead Auditor certification preferred, and a strong background in NDE-related quality processes, plus

Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of progressive operations/QHSE leadership experience.
• Experience managing operations across UAE and India (or GCC + South Asia).
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 strongly preferred.
• NDE/NDT background (ASNT Level II/III, CSWIP, or equivalent) a strong plus.
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and supporting sales/business development.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and digital systems mindset (ERP/SAP familiarity a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related).
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-border teams.
• UAE/international Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations UAE & India with consistency in service delivery, quality, and reporting.
• Act as the single point of accountability for cross-border coordination between UAE and India.
• Lead quality, HSE, and compliance programs aligned with ISO standards.
• Audit certifications and manage internal audit programs across UAE and India operations.
• Serve as senior technical and commercial contact for key clients in both regions.
• Drive digitization of quality/operations documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support sales conversations and client relationship growth.
