Job summary

A leading coffee company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy and manage the accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance along with a minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and Retail within the UAE or GCC. This role involves overseeing invoicing, payment collections, and presenting reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years accounting/finance experience in Food and Beverage Industry and Retail (UAE or GCC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances.
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to accounts receivable.
• Assess and manage customer credit limits and terms.
• Manage month‑end closing activities.
