Job summary

Justlife in Dubai seeks a Senior React Native Engineer to own a major surface of the mobile platform, set architecture direction, drive release quality and mentor nearby engineers.

You will work with product, design and operations to ship experiences customers love, across multiple markets in the GCC, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and AI-enabled improvements.

We re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who cares deeply about craft wants to own a major part of our mobile experience and helps define how an AI-first mobile team builds not just inherits it

What you'll own

As a Senior React Native Engineer you ll take end-to-end ownership of a major surface of our mobile platform setting mobile architecture direction driving release quality and mentoring the engineers around you

You ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers UI UX designers and operations to ship experiences customers love

• Consumer experience the consumer app millions of customers use to book and manage home services across 10 cities
• Performance craft Profile debug and optimize React Native experiences to keep the app smooth responsive and reliable at scale
• Architecture Help define scalable mobile architecture improve code quality integrate native modules and keep the codebase clean maintainable and future-ready
• Experimentation AI Support A B experiments rapid prototyping and the use of AI tools to improve development speed quality and decision‑making
• Quality releases Contribute to a strong testing and release pipeline using tools such as Maestro CI CD automated checks and production monitoring

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with React Native , TypeScript , and modern mobile development practices.
• Solid native understanding of both iOS and Android , including enough Swift/Objective‑C and Kotlin/Java to debug, profile, and integrate native modules.
• Proven experience improving mobile app performance, stability, and user experience.
• Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, scalable architecture, and maintainable component design.
• Senior‑level ownership: you can take a feature from design to production, make architecture trade‑offs, communicate clearly, and mentor other engineers.
• Nice to have Experience working on apps used across multiple countries, languages, currencies, or market‑specific flows.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, release automation, App Store / Play Store release processes, and production monitoring.
• Experience building for multiple markets or localizing apps at scale.
