Job summary

Mace is seeking professionals to contribute to UAE rail and transport infrastructure initiatives. The role covers development of strategy and governance, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver complex programmes.

Applicants should have rail or major infrastructure delivery experience, strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong client-facing, analytical and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of delivery processes, standards and governance for the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategy, governance and delivery controls.
• Lead coordination across client, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Integrate deliverables with programme, cost, risk and information processes.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and implement corrective action.
• Provide reports and escalation to programme leadership.
