Job summary

AtkinsRalis in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced administrator with a strong background in project support and coordination. You will manage organization charts, assist recruitment, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and excellent English/Arabic communication. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintaining employee registers, scheduling meetings, drafting memos and communications, greeting visitors/new employees.
• Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update policy/plans/procedures/forms/process maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
