Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the budget of Roads and Infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for financial aspects and contractual matters, requiring strong contract administration skills and 8+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering and professional MRICS membership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to perform in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget of Roads and Infrastructure projects.
• Ensure completeness of financial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
