Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret tender drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for infrastructure works.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Liaise with design consultants and engineering teams.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
