About the Client: A Dubai‑based design and build firm specializing in high‑end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates for fit‑out/renovation projects; conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare cost reports.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation; ensure compliance with contract terms, client requirements, and UAE construction regulations.
• Monitor project costs including variations, claims, and change orders; support project teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve cost-related issues; maintain complete documentation for audits and project records.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipino & Indian nationals, 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in fit‑out, renovation, or interior projects with knowledge of UAE construction standards, contracts, and tender procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Planswift, CostX or similar).
