Job summary

NJF Global Holdings Ltd in Dubai seeks a Senior Quantitative Developer to lead the engineering effort behind systematic trading research. You will architect and implement tools, collaborate with researchers, and raise standards across the tech stack while delivering production-ready systems.

You will drive data workflows, automate cleansing and feature engineering at scale, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the firm's quantitative platform in a fast-paced, high-skill environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in Quantitative Development.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing and maintainable software design.
• Experience with or interest in agentic software development.

A global systematic investment firm is expanding its Multi-Asset team in Dubai and is looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to take a leading role in building the technology that supports research and strategy development.

The role:

• Provide technical leadership and raise engineering standards
• Build and enhance quantitative research tools and infrastructure
• Automate large-scale data preparation and cleansing
• Partner with Quant Researchers to move strategies into production
• Improve research workflows using modern engineering practices and agentic coding tools
• Help shape the team’s evolving software platform

What we're looking for:
