Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality and supplier quality development roles.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and oil & gas manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality for fabricated and welded components; oversee compliance to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
