• 10+ years of experience in residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of residential developments and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience with Inspection and Test Plans.

Responsibilities

• Produce Inspection and Test Plans.
• Assist in material approval processes.
• Develop quality forms and checklists.
• Manage test results and subcontractors.
• Liaise with designers and client representatives on quality.
• Suggest improvements for on-site work quality.
• Manage non-conformance issues proactively.
