Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in metro, railway, road, or major infrastructure projects.
• Gulf region experience, preferably in the UAE, is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with RTA projects and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards and approval processes.
• Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans.
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections.
