Job summary

A Dubai-based design and build firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in fit-out and renovation projects. Qualifications

• Open to Filipino & Indian nationals, age 40 years or below.
• At least 5 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, or interior projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and tender procedures.

• Assist in tendering and contract negotiation.
