Qualifications

• 20 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with a Tier 1 company.
• Experience in the Middle East is important.
• Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ / OE) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project setups to define QES expectations.
• Conduct structured site visits focused on compliance and team coaching.
• Lead and coordinate internal IMS audits and third-party ISO audits.
