Job summary

NorthBay Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer GenAI with 7 years of automation testing to join onsite team. You will design test strategies and implement robust automation frameworks to ensure quality of GenAI platforms.

Responsibilities include functional, integration, performance, and security testing; API tests with Postman; CI/CD integration; mentoring juniors; and validating GenAI/ML models for accuracy and bias mitigation.

Qualifications

• 7 years of hands-on experience in QA and automation testing.
• Strong expertise with automation tools (e.g. Pytest Selenium).
• Solid experience in API testing and validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
• In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience in both functional and non-functional testing.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer GenAI with 7 years of expertise in automation testing to join our onsite team in Abu Dhabi UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of modern cloud-native and GenAI platforms through robust testing practices.

Candidates must be currently based in or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases
