Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in PRO within an international group or specialized consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities for processing visas and labor cards.
• Prepare and manage documentation for visa renewals and work permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Advise management on changes to UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist employees with residency-related processes.
• Develop regular reports on visa status and trade licenses.
• Support legal and administrative processes for the relocation to Abu Dhabi.
