Senior Property Consultant

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of their real estate journey — from property search and investment analysis to closing successful transactions. With 1–2 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market, you have a solid understanding of local property laws, market dynamics, and client needs.

Your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, while consistently achieving sales targets and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise to deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional property consultancy services to clients for buying, selling, and leasing properties in the UAE.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
