Job summary

SAAS Properties Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of development projects from inception to handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities in the UAE.

You will drive design development, value engineering, tendering and contract administration, while mentoring teams and producing executive-facing reports for the Projects Department. Experience with complex, large-scale projects and regulatory processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in real estate development or construction project management
• At least 5 years client-side with a developer
• Proven record leading mixed-use or large-scale development projects
• Knowledge of UAE regulations: RERA and escrow, Dubai Municipality and DDA/Trakhees approvals, Civil Defence, DEWA connections, and owners' association handover
• Contract administration experience (FIDIC preferred)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
• 12+ years in real estate development or construction project management, of which at least 5 years client-side with a developer
• Proven record leading mixed-use or large-scale development projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of UAE regulations and processes: RERA and escrow, Dubai Municipality and DDA/Trakhees approvals, Civil Defence, DEWA connections, and owners' association handover
• Contract administration experience (FIDIC preferred)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills

Preferred

• Experience with branded residences, hospitality or high-rise (G+40 and above) projects
• Exposure to sustainability certification (Estidama, LEED, Al Sa'fat) and smart-building specifications
• Prior involvement in off-plan sales launches and the coordination of show units and sales centres
• Existing relationships with Dubai consultants, contractors and authority contacts
• MSc in Project Management or RICS membership
