Job summary

Drees & Sommer Asia and Middle East in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive large-scale real estate and urban development projects. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, manage clients and partners, and ensure delivery on complex urban infrastructure initiatives.

Role requires 8+ years in PM, strong leadership, English communication, and UAE project experience. UAE driving licence is required. Dubai office, early start, long-term team growth and regional portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale PM.
• Proven leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders: clients, designers, consultants, contractors.
• Strong project controls expertise: risk, quality, schedule, cost.
• Excellent English communication, coordinate stakeholders in dynamic project environment.
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the delivery of a major project or work packages within a large-scale construction/infrastructure development (depending on seniority level).
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and actively engage clients, partners, and technical disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage quality, schedule, and budget, while ensuring transparent decision-making and governance processes.
• Ensure high-quality project management standards through structured project controls, risk management, and regular project reporting.
• Identify client needs, develop additional project opportunities, and support proposals through to contract award.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while promoting the Drees & Sommer service portfolio within the regional market.

To support the successful delivery of a demanding and complex urban development and infrastructure project, we are looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Dubai officeavailable for an early start.

• Excellent English communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and build relationships in a dynamic project environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment
• Relevant work experience in the UAE is required, with a solid understanding of the local culture, applicable regulations, and government authorities
• Valid UAE driving license is required
