Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Institute strategies for team excellence and ensure training where needed.
• Monitor quality, cost, and schedule with regular reporting and value engineering.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, design, and facilities management to ensure project success.
• Provide clear communication and leadership across multinational teams.
