Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects. You will develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments, coordinate with stakeholders, and report progress to senior management.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in project management, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills are essential; expatriates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Impeccable organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, budget estimates, and risk assessments for assigned projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project
• Monitor progress of projects and take corrective action if needed
• Prepare reports on project progress and present them to senior management
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
