Job description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role is critical in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic, bank-wide initiatives that align with our long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle-from ideation and initiation through execution, closure, and post-implementation review.
  • Define clear, measurable project objectives that directly support organizational strategy.
  • Drive compliance with EPMO standards, governance, and audit requirements, maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by conducting regular updates, progress reports, and steering committee reviews.
  • Plan, lead, and monitor project teams to deliver on scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, vendor evaluations (RFI/RFP), and risk assessments to support solution/vendor selection.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, contracts, budgets, and financial tracking to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Implement quality assurance, governance, and change control processes for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Capture lessons learned and conduct post-implementation reviews to measure value delivery and enable continuous improvement.
