Job Title : IT Project Manager
Job Purpose
The IT Project Manager will lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing SAP systems. This role will oversee project delivery, ensure seamless systems integration, and drive digital transformation initiatives to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major IT projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring effective coordination and managing interdependencies.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet project objectives.
- Implement and manage SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP HANA.
- Ensure systems integration adheres to best practices and aligns with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop project documentation, reports, and status updates for senior management.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with emerging industry technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT change management, systems integration, and project delivery.
Preferred Requirements :
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and managing large-scale system integrations.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and SAP certifications.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in change management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of systems integration techniques and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs, ESB).
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
Special Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
