Job Description

What is the job about?

The Senior ProjectManager will be responsible to ensure we maximize profitable sales through delivery of projects within the water utility division to time, cost and quality in a professional manner

Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective handover of projects from proposals to project execution.
  • Manage all projects utilizing the SAP and PMO tools.
  • Manage all sub‑suppliers and sub‑contractors with supply agreements and ensure alignment of service levels.
  • Effective project management to ensure on time delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability for Grundfos.
  • Assist procurement team with auditing and assessing of sub‑suppliers.
  • Support the management with the development of project delivery activities in the region.
  • Responsible for ensuring we carry out all project work in line with the Group, divisional and regional project execution processes.
  • Ensure a high level of awareness to the Grundfos project execution processes.
  • Understand the products sold, their application and systems.
  • Prepare detailed monthly KPI analysis, and action plan.
  • Assist with reporting to the Local Management and region as required.
  • Maintain existing and introduce procedures to ensure the removal of waste in the day‑to‑day business.
  • Support quotation outputs to ensure projects can be delivered to time, cost and quality.
  • Package projects with Grundfos and non‑Grundfos products to offer added value to the customer.
  • Understand the customers requirements either communicated via phone, fax, email or other media.
  • Appreciate the operating system where the product is installed to ensure best fit of product.
  • Work with the Finance / Credit Control Team to secure on time payment.
  • Ensure processing of the orders in a timely fashion, either via our ERP system, SAP Project management system or PMO.
Your Background
  • An Engineering having strong hands on experience in project management working in a large MNC.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Pump/manufacturing Industry with similar role.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM / BW is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams across the IMEA region.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English a plus.
