Qualifications

• 15 years of oil and gas experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years in offshore projects on mega assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Experience with ADNOC projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status and reconcile registers.
• Staffing: develop and maintain staffing plans and monitor resource deployment.
• Reporting: lead dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI and AI tools.
• Project staffing analytics: analyze performance trends and forecast manpower needs.
• Coordination & governance: liaise with internal teams and contractors to align with objectives.
