Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction/project management.
• 5-10 years of experience in the UAE/Middle East region.
• Proven track record as Project Director on projects valued at AED 500 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale residential projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans including scheduling.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee cost control.
