Location: Dubai (able to travel to factories/warehouses) | Reports to: Founder & CEO

The Role

mileoff is building the future of women’s running wear — highly functional, beautifully designed, and with performance at the heart. We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of product development, manufacturing, forecasting and supply chain operations. You’ll wear many hats, design, production, and logistics, ensuring our collections launch on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on detail, deadlines, and problem solving, but who is also extremely creative and innovative and wants to make an impact on a brand that’s scaling fast.

What you’ll do

Product Development

Partner with freelance designer to translate concepts into final CADs and tech packs.

Liaise with factories on sampling; manage the approval process (fit sessions, revisions, lab dips, wear tests).

Oversee size grading and final specs to guarantee consistency across styles and sizes.

Build and own the seasonal product development critical path, proactively flagging risks and bottlenecks.

Source fabrics, trims, packaging, and innovations that differentiate mileoff’s product line.

Track product costing, lead times, and margins to support commercial decision‑making.

Supply Chain & Logistics

Manage communication with global suppliers and factories (China, Portugal, others).

Oversee production timelines, MOQs, and raw material orders.

Forecast demand, stock management and coordinate inbound shipments with 3PL

Sync production timelines with marketing launches to ensure smooth drops.

Anticipate and troubleshoot supply chain risks (delays, shortages, compliance).

Support sustainability initiatives and factory vetting.
