Qualifications

• 9+ years' experience across procurement, supply chain analytics, transformation or operational excellence.
• Experience in procurement/supply chain analytics, reporting and performance management.
• Proven track record delivering continuous improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems and technology (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen experience would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree and 12+ years' experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement and supply chain dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Analyse performance across procurement, inventory, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Use advanced analytics to turn supply chain data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Support development and execution of wider supply chain strategy aligned with objectives.
• Assess and recommend improvements to ERP, WMS and TMS to improve data visibility.
• Analyse inventory levels, turnover and demand forecasting for optimisation.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of three in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
