ACS Group is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Butler to support private residences in London, Dubai, and Cyprus. This senior role requires exceptional personal service, anticipatory care for principals, and maintaining residences to the highest standards of comfort and readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butler or senior private household staff.
• Experience in large residences (800 m²+) with high service standards.
• Excellent knowledge of professional butler service and private household operations.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and staff supervision skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally; 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, personalized service to family members and guests.
• Coordinate luggage, packing, inventories of personal belongings.
• Arrange arrivals, transfers, and travel-related requirements.
• Coordinate with the private chef on menus and sourcing premium products.
• Research wellness services and premium experiences tailored to the family's preferences.
• Coordinate daily activities of housekeepers, gardeners, technicians with House Manager.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance to meet standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and cross-household communication.
• Inspect residences for impeccable presentation and readiness.
• Monitor condition of household systems and inventories of supplies.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate contractors.
• Assist with openings/closings and security procedures.
• Accompany the family on trips and coordinate travel logistics.
• Work with Travel Department and assistants; conduct advance visits.
