Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a SENCO, Inclusion Lead, or equivalent role in a primary school setting.
• Proven experience supporting students of determination with a range of needs.
• Strong understanding of KHDA/DSIB inclusion expectations and the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality, compliant, and impactful provision across the primary phase.
• Support the Head of Inclusion in implementing the school’s strategic direction.
• Lead and monitor provision for students of determination across Primary.
