Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy discussions with stakeholders across the Middle East.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to develop pricing initiatives.
• Conduct rate reviews and make recommendations.

Skills

Qualification as an Actuary (IFoA or equivalent)

Experience in international or private medical insurance (I/PMI) pricing

Strong data skills and experience with tools like SAS, Earnix, Emblem, Radar, or R

Proficiency in statistical modelling, including Generalised Linear Modelling (GLM)

A proactive, customer-focused mindset

Strong communication and influencing skills
