The role involves driving evidence-based strategies, building analytical models, presenting insights to policymakers, mentoring junior staff, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, research, or policy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to relocate to the UAE or KSA.
• Availability to join full-time in Autumn 2025.

Responsibilities

• Driving evidence-based strategies from analysis to implementation
• Working across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade
• Building analytical models and presenting insights directly to policymakers
• Leading advanced research and analytical modelling to solve economic and policy issues
• Translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Mentoring junior colleagues and guiding project teams
