Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is recruiting a Specialist / Consultant Podiatrist for a leading UAE healthcare organization in Dubai. You will assess, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions within a modern clinical team alongside orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, biomechanical evaluation, and collaboration across specialties, with opportunities for professional development and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry or equivalent.
• Recognized professional registration from a reputable country.
• Strong clinical experience in podiatry, foot health, or lower-limb care.
• Experience with diabetic foot, wound care, biomechanics, sports injuries, or MSK conditions.
• UK CCT / Western Qualified / American Board / Australian Board / South African boards encouraged.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, rehab center, or multidisciplinary setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage foot and ankle conditions.
• Provide conservative and clinical podiatric treatment.
• Manage diabetic foot conditions, wounds, infections, deformities, and MSK issues.
• Perform biomechanical assessment and gait analysis when appropriate.
• Prescribe orthotics, footwear, and rehab programs.
• Provide preventive foot care and patient education.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other clinicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality initiatives.
• Uphold patient safety and evidence-based practice.
