Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project and program management.
• 3-5 years in a PMO leadership role managing teams and large project portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement PMO frameworks across all CNS projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of CNS projects ensuring alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong PMO team through training and mentoring.
• Act as a central escalation point for high-risk project issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for PMO operations.
