Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a PMC Lead Planning and Cost Engineer to support ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is based at the client office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with responsibilities spanning cost control, bid evaluation, and contract documentation for FEED, PMC, and EPC projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas, and ADNOC/offshore project experience, to deliver accurate cost estimates and robust contract deliverables within a dynamic energy sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in related discipline.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas with 5 years in a similar role.
ADNOC projects experience is mandatory.
Worked on Offshore Projects.

Responsibilities

Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, invoicing, and variations for tender documents and agreements.
Evaluate technical bids (PMC/FEED/EPC) for compliance and provide clarifications.
Prepare Technical Evaluation Report portions and finalize contract documents after bulletins/clarifications.
Evaluate variation requests and perform cost submittal analysis with unit rates.
Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects for management approval.
Coordinate with PMC Project Controllers to ensure adherence to procedures.
Ensure costs are charged to correct accounts.
