Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee all plumbing installation works on-site in Abu Dhabi. The role requires coordinating daily activities of plumbers foremen and subcontractors, ensuring execution per drawings, specs, and schedules, and supervising water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and related systems.

The candidate will monitor material needs, liaise with procurement, conduct site inspections to uphold quality, and coordinate with MEP/Civil

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in MEP construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all plumbing installation works at site.
• Coordinate daily activities of plumbers foremen and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Install and supervise water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and store departments.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Civil Engineers, Consultants, and Client representatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and installation issues.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools and equipment.

Education
