Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a highly skilled Plumber for our Abu-Dhabi team. The ideal candidate has several years of plumbing experience, a solid technical background, and knowledge of current tools and regulations.

You will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems across commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Responsibilities include regular maintenance, system inspections, troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with safety and local building codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Knowledge of water supply and waste disposal systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to plumbing works.
• Ability to read technical diagrams/blueprints/specifications.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as pressure gauges, voltmeters.
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
• Perform regular maintenance on pipes, fixtures, pumps and other components of the plumbing system.
• Inspect drainage systems to identify issues or blockages.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose plumbing problems using diagnostic equipment such as pressure gauges, voltmeters etc.
• Use hand tools to complete repairs and read blueprints for installations.
• Follow safety regulations when handling hazardous materials and ensure compliance with local building codes.
