Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer (AWS) for a 1-year contract (extendable). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AWS experience, with deep knowledge of Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, IAM, VPC and CloudWatch.

You will design cloud architectures, create diagrams, and provide solutions guidance for scalable deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS experience in production environments.
• Deep expertise with Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, IAM, VPC and CloudWatch.
• Direct experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.

Responsibilities

• Create professional Cloud Architecture Diagrams and provide Solutions Architecture guidance.
• Design and optimize cloud deployment architectures for scalable AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions.

Required Skills:

• Cloud: 5+ years of experience in the AWS ecosystem.
• Run time: Deep expertise with Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, IAM, VPC and CloudWatch.
• AI Stack: Direct experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Networking: Expert knowledge of VPC design, Subnetting, Route 53, and Direct Connect.
• APIs: Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway or Kong.
• Deployment Architecture: Proven ability to create professional Cloud Architecture Diagrams and provide Solutions Architecture guidance.
