Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in leadership position in plant engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in polymer resins manufacturing or paints manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• In charge of complete plant maintenance and engineering projects.
• Lead team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.
• Plan and execute engineering projects.
