Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate with PMC and design consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate progress.
• Review quality of PMC schedules and baselines.
• Monitor progress against baselines and report performance.
• Assess and advise on mitigation schedules.
• Manage project interfaces and performance.
• Ensure planning aligns with PMO standards.
• Prepare monthly planning reports for management.
• Collaborate across teams for accurate information flow.
